Start free on one server.
A log key goes in your server.cfg. Your scripts write lines to channels, and your staff can search what happened without reading a text file over FTP.

Sell a script rather than run a server? error tracking is a different product with its own prices, and an account can be on the free tier of one while paying for the other.
Paddle handles the checkout as merchant of record: tax is worked out for your country at the till, the receipt comes from them, and a subscription is changed or cancelled from the same account it started in.
what counts as a line?
One call to FiveTrace.log. A line is a message plus whatever fields you attach to it — the channel, the player, the amount, the item — and those fields are what you search by later.
what happens if I go over?
History gets shorter, and lines keep arriving. Dropping the newest line loses the incident somebody is about to investigate, which is the wrong answer for a log, so the allowance shortens the window instead and your dashboard says what the window currently is.
what is a server here?
One community, with its own log key, its own channels and its own staff. Two servers writing to a channel called #money keep two separate channels: they are different servers, and nobody on one should be reading the other.
can my staff see everything?
Only what you give them. Staff are added per server, and access is per channel — a moderator can be on #reports without being on #payments.
how do I pay?
Nothing on this page can be bought yet — there is no checkout here and no card to start. When that changes it is a Paddle checkout, monthly, cancelled from your dashboard.
