FiveTrace receives error reports from FiveM resources you have instrumented, groups them, and shows them to you. These terms cover your use of it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to the email address you sign in with. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

A DSN can submit errors and read nothing. It is designed to ship inside a resource your customers install, so treat it as public. You are responsible for the errors sent with your keys, including from servers you do not control.

If a key is being abused, rotate or delete the script. We may rate limit or suspend a key that is sending enough traffic to affect the service for others.

Do not use FiveTrace to collect data about players, to send us content you have no right to send, or to attack the service or anyone else through it. Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another account.

Your error data is yours. We process it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.

We try to keep it up and we will not pretend to promise an uptime figure we have not measured. There is no service level agreement, on any plan, today. If that changes we will say so here.

FiveTrace is a monitoring tool, not a safety system. Do not rely on it as the only thing standing between you and a problem.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. We do not issue partial refunds for time you have already used, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every paid plan. They are the seller on your invoice, they charge your card, and they handle the sales tax or VAT owed where you live. Their terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself, alongside these terms for the service. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds, chargebacks and invoices are handled by Paddle. Write to us first and we will sort it out with them.

You can delete your scripts and stop using the service whenever you like. You can close the account itself from the settings page: it is scheduled rather than immediate, nothing is removed for fourteen days, and you can stop it at any point in that window. After the date it cannot be recovered. Any paid plan is cancelled when the closure is scheduled, so you are not billed for the wait.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

FiveTrace is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost data or damage arising from using it or being unable to use it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

FiveTrace is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Cfx.re, FiveM or Rockstar Games.

These terms are governed by the law of Croatia.
